New Features to Empower Your Team and Enhance the Renter Experience
We’re excited to introduce three powerful new features designed to help your team work smarter, showcase renter satisfaction, and celebrate your communities’ achievements.
ApartmentRatings Community Awards Page
Any community that has EVER won either a SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction or epIQ Top Rated Community Award is now recognized with a shareable, dedicated awards page on ApartmentRatings showcasing all of their awards.
- Communities that have EVER won an award will now have an “Award Winner” badge displayed at the top of their community page. Clicking the badge takes users to a dedicated Awards page highlighting the community’s achievements.
- The awards page includes a personalized testimonial if your team chooses to add one through Exchange.
- Share this awards page: Show off your awards to renters and prospects! The community’s awards page has a dedicated URL that can be shared on social media, in prospect emails, on email signatures, added to QR codes on flyers, and more.

Order Management
Order Management makes it quick and easy to add new communities to your existing services. Previously used only by our sales team to manage customer orders, we’ve now made part of this tool available to clients so you can submit new community additions directly.
- To get started, log in to Exchange, navigate to the “Order Management” tab in the left-hand menu, and click “Create New Order” in the top-right corner. From there, you can quickly add new communities to your services based on your current contract.
- If you have questions or need assistance, contact your Account Manager (their email can be found on the Exchange homepage).
Exchange Awards Tab Enhancements
The Awards Tab in Exchange has been re-designed to make accessing awards and recognitions easier. All awards and recognitions, including digital award badges, epIQ report cards, widgets, and more, are now located in one place for quick viewing and downloading.
- Navigate to the “Awards” tab in the left-hand menu on Exchange. In this tab, you’ll be able to track your company and communities’ progress and award status throughout the year.
- Download digital award badges for both your company and communities.
- Access additional recognitions and tools for each community, including Employee Spotlight, the epIQ Report Card, ApartmentRatings widgets, and more.
