Task Center
Managing the renter experience just got easier. With the new Task Center, clients can:
- Receive email notifications for surveys needing follow up, reviews awaiting replies on ApartmentRatings, and edited reviews that require a new response.
- Create and assign custom tasks for employees – whether it’s a maintenance request follow up, social media posting, or exporting weekly, monthly or quarterly survey or review reports, you can create any custom task and assign it to any user in Exchange.
It’s your all-in-one hub for staying organized and proactive, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

epIQ Report Card – Now Shareable
Your epIQ Report Card is now more visible than ever. Login to Exchange to get your ApartmentRatings epIQ Report Card in two simple, easy-to-share formats:
- Download the monthly report card as a PNG to share in prospect emails and on social media (visit Communities in Exchange).
- Embed it directly on your community website for prospects to see as they are searching for their new apartment home.
Highlight the renter experience in your community with your epIQ Report Card and use it as a powerful tool for attracting potential residents and earning recognition.
Agent & Technician Ranking

We’ve introduced a new way to evaluate and celebrate employee performance alongside the Agent and Technician Performance Reports.
How is ranking determined?
- Similar to the epIQ Index, rankings are based on performance from the past 365 days.
- Employees must have at least 5 completed survey responses (Unclosed Tour or Work Order) in the past 365 days to rank.
- Ranking is calculated based on: average unclosed traffic or work order score, total number of survey responses, and survey response rate.
These rankings can be showcased on their own or alongside Employee Spotlight cards to promote exceptional employee performance.
Incorporate them into bonus programs to celebrate top performers each month by community or company-wide. This makes it easier than ever to measure impact, boost morale, and showcase outstanding team members.
