epIQ Index report export!
How does this help?
The ability to export the epIQ reports makes it easier to track progress over a given time period and to easily share with onsite teams as well as with upper management and ownership. All users will have access to this feature in EXCHANGE, making it easier for community team members to track their own performance and identify ways to improve operations and create an even better living experience for their residents.
How does it work?
- Within the EXCHANGE reporting platform, simply click the “epIQ Company Report” in the navigation bar on the left side of your dashboard.
- Then, once the report is loaded, click the “Export” link in the top right corner of the report.
- The Excel file will automatically be downloaded with all of the epIQ information for your company and each individual community.
Identifying reviews that require manager responses
How does this help?
Most management companies recognize the importance of replying to renter reviews and that prospective residents use manager responses to get a sense of what level of customer service they could expect as a resident. Additionally, review authors expect to have their feedback responded to by a manager in a timely manner. The more your teams make a habit of regularly checking this report and acting quickly, the more positive impact you are likely to see on your communities’ online reputation and ability to attract new residents.
How does it work?
- Once logged into the EXCHANGE reporting platform, click the “Reviews & Responses” tab in the navigation bar.
- Next, move your cursor to the right side of the screen where a dropdown menu says provides options to filter based on “All Reviews”, “Needs Response”, and “Edited Reviews”. By selecting “Needs Response”, users can see only those reviews that require a manager response.
- From this point, click “Add” to write and submit your manager review response for it to be posted to the corresponding community’s page on ApartmentRatings and be included in the epIQ Index calculation.
