We’re always looking to make new improvements here at SatisFacts & ApartmentRatings and lately, we’ve been quite busy! We thought it was time that we update everyone on some of the features we've implemented that can really help make the most out of your products.
NEW SATISFACTS FEATURES:
1. Introducing Work Order Numbers in Online Reporting
Receive resident feedback on specific work orders through your Insite Work-Order Survey. You can now follow-up on how your maintenance team is performing and ensure issues are taken care of before they persist. Resident contact information will always be available for work order only, so you can follow-up with your residents every step of the way.
2. Reply to Comments Received on SatisFacts Surveys
This feature is not yet launched, but you'll soon have the functionality to reply back to resident feedback through your "REP", Reply Email Process. Everytime a resident comment is received from one of your SatisFacts surveys, you'll be able to send a follow-up email to that respondent. The survey respondent will have the option to hide their contact information so the correspondence can keep their anonymotity. In addition, please note you'll only be able to contact those residents who choose to receive communication in regards to their survey.
NEW APARTMENTRATINGS FEATURES:
1. Police ApartmentRatings Reviews
ApartmentRatings users now have the ability to vote on the usefulness of reviews. If the reader finds the review 'not useful', they will have the option to 'Report' the review and select the reasoning as to why it should be considered for review by our moderator team. If the review is voted enough times, it will then move up or down in ranking. This feature will allow the ApartmentRatings community to police reviews while surfacing 'useful' reviews to the top.
