epIQ Letter Grade Distribution
epIQ is now on ApartmentRatings!
Our phased implementation of the epIQ Index onto the ApartmentRatings website is well under way. So far, those “A” and “B” epIQ Grade communities now show the epIQ Report Card**. The remaining letter grades will continue to roll out over the next few months as well.
**Grades on the website may not match those on the published list due to the website calculation updating daily, whereas the monthly list is based on a report generated at the beginning of each month.
If your community’s page on ApartmentRatings has not yet transitioned to show your epIQ performance, this is your chance to get new reviews and respond to them quickly. Each day is a new opportunity to showcase your customer service to your residents and improve your epIQ performance.
