NEW SATISFACTS FEATURES:
1. User Experience Changes to SatisFacts Online Reporting
As we work behind the scenes to make some major changes to Online Reporting, we’ve done some minor improvements to the way you view and run reports. Please refer to the screenshot below for all Online Reporting UI changes indicated in red.
- Date Filters moved to top navigation
- All Survey Reports- Left-Hand navigation
- ‘Run Report’ button moved to top navigation
Please note that report features and functionality have not changed at this time. As always, if you run into any technical issues please refer to your dedicated account manager for assistance.
NEW APARTMENTRATINGS FEATURES:
1. Q&A Section Added to Manager Center
2. NEW- Write a Review Page on ApartmentRatings
We’ve made some major improvements to how users leave reviews on ApartmentRatings. Our research has found that by simplifying the write a review funnel, review conversion rate and volume significantly increased.
With these results, we decided it would be best to reduce the number of questions asked and update the look and feel to correspond with the rest of our website.
With that said, we’ve simplified the review process by removing questions regarding laundry, pet policy, floor plans, and pricing.
Rather than gathering this feedback from residents themselves, these features will be pulled from communities through MITS feed. By syndicating your information through your property management system, we can accurately obtain and display these attributes on the associated ApartmentRatings’ community page.
