SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings are excited to announce the addition of Jennifer Carter as their new Director of Client Performance!
With renter satisfaction being the primary conduit to a positive online reputation, this newly created position comes from understanding the need to identify and target a client's key opportunities for improvement. Jennifer’s main concentration is to elevate client performance at a faster pace than seen in previous years. Lia Nichole Smith, the team’s VP of Education and Performance explains, “It’s important for our clients to understand survey results speak to the renter’s experience. We will help clients positively impact that experience by focusing on team performance. As scores improve, renter sentiment in relation to their experiences will improve as well, resulting in positive online reviews for the community.”
The education team is an integral component of the services offered by ApartmentRatings and SatisFacts. Clients are supported from day one with a robust, 90-day onboarding program, a dedicated ApartmentRatings Specialist in Nicole Jones, and numerous opportunities to learn best practices and strategies to attract and retain long-term renters.
