Billing & Subscriptions are now available in EXCHANGE!
What new billing & subscription features are available?
As of today, Master Account Holders (the person on your team that is responsible for renewing product subscriptions) will be able to see a new “Billing & Subscriptions” menu item on the navigation in the EXCHANGE reporting platform. Among the billing & subscription features are:
- Company Information
- Payment History
- Expiring Subscriptions
- Suspended Subscriptions
- Subscription Notifications
What does it look like?
Easily update & manage your company’s contact information so that you never miss crucial communications ever again!
Easily keep track of all previous payment transactions by community and product subscription.
Never miss another payment, which could cause a temporary loss of access to data. With the new “Expiring Subscriptions” feature in EXCHANGE, you can plan your renewals & payments well in advance. You will still receive the normal 7 day and 30 day notification emails that we send prior to a subscription’s expiration.
Not seeing new incoming reviews, leads, or survey results? Maybe you miss a subscription renewal and need to find out which one and when. With the new “Suspended Subscriptions” tab, you can easily see all expired product subscriptions and quickly get them renewed so that you and your team don’t miss a beat.
Additionally, as subscriptions approach their expiration, EXCHANGE Master Account Holders will see notifications in the top right corner of the screen that, when clicked, will show how many subscriptions will expire soon and how much time you have left to renew them.
