This session highlights the #1 driver for value along with ready to implement strategies to get your residents to see beyond dollars and cents.
Session #2: “Teams Are People Too: Developing Team Synergy” | Time: 11:00am – 11:50am
For a community to operate efficiently, the team must operate effectively. In this session, we explore the unique relationships between Managers, Assistants, Leasing, and Maintenance. A 5-minute personality test will show you how to connect more successfully with your co-workers, and in turn, with your residents. This session is for everyone – bring the whole team!
