How does the SatisFacts Index relate to the ApartmentRatings epIQ Index?
SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings scores are the same residents providing insights about the community from two different feedback opportunities.
SatisFacts survey scores are internal feedback requests sent directly to residents with a different set of metrics to help management teams better understand their resident sentiment, engagement, and likelihood to renew. The SatisFacts Index is the average of all the survey responses from that property compared to the national industry average.
ApartmentRatings reviews are public, renter-facing performance reviews from individual residents. Those marked as Verified reviews are provided directly after internal survey or feedback requests to ensure trustworthiness from verified renters.
The ApartmentRatings epIQ Index is an overall performance metric in a report card style format that combines both ApartmentRatings scores and SatisFacts survey scores (when applicable) to give renters a more clear, measurable and authentic understanding of the resident experience in the community.
