Creating an “epIQ” resident experience doesn’t solely depend on one interaction or even the physical amenities a community showcases. Over the last year, the pandemic has caused residents to re-evaluate their expectations when it comes to their apartment experience. In addition, onsite team members have had to adjust to the resident’s needs, making sure to focus on the 3 C’s: Communication, Connection, and Compassion.
