The goal of this study is to help industry operators understand and compare the latest renter tastes, preferences, and behaviors with those of previous years’ studies, so that they can make better and more informed strategic decisions. In the final report, you will see how the multifamily industry has responded on a national and regional level, and as a way of saying thank you to those management companies who allow us to survey their own residents, participants will be provided with their portfolio level results for FREE!
How do I opt in?
If you would like to have your residents included in the survey portion of the study, all we need is for an authorized member of your team to:

- Provide an updated resident list
For those who are current SatisFacts survey customers and are integrated with any of the major property management software platforms (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.) the opt-in process may be easier than ever – All we would need is permission to access those lists via our API integration. For those who do not use any of the aforementioned providers, please send your communities’ resident lists in an Excel file directly to [email protected] as soon as possible and put “2021 Online Renter Study Resident List” in the subject line.
